Uconn will be our free pick for the night. This is a similar situation that Uconn was in a week ago going up against Syracuse on the road. It can be argued that Syracuse or Villanova are the top teams in the Big East. Well Uconn only lost to Syracuse by 5 in what was a close game late. I believe Uconn is going to play some inspired basketball after Jim Calhoun called their effort on Saturday embarrassing. It's still not too late for Uconn as they need a big win at some point and this may be the spot for it. If Uconn can get a signature win here and win a few more games in conference they may be sitting pretty by selection Sunday. I would never put it past a team that is the best in the Big East in FG % defense.
